Bright, fluorescent, daylight spectrum grow light used - only red/blue grow lights were inadequate, but are now used as supplement to fluorescents. Water lightly if top leaves are wrinkled; if actively growing new leaves, do not water unless top leaves are wrinkled, then water very lightly - plant is consuming bottom leaves to make new top leaves.
